1. Pressure maintenance
It is suitable for the production of standby boilers or boilers that are out of service for short maintenance time not exceeding one week.
①. After stopping the furnace, drain the furnace water, clean up the scale and slag in the furnace, and refill qualified softened water.
②. Regularly use a small fire to heat, or regularly use the steam of the adjacent boiler to heat the boiler water, so that the boiler water temperature in the boiler should be kept at the ambient temperature +10℃ in summer, and the boiler water should not be frozen in winter, and all vent valves should be closed. , Drain valve and drain valve to prevent water leakage.
③. The boiler is fed water regularly, and the pressure in the boiler is maintained at 0.05MPa~0.1MPa to prevent air from entering the drum.
2. Wet maintenance
Wet maintenance is generally applicable to the maintenance of boilers that have been shut down for no more than one month.

④. Pour the prepared alkaline maintenance solution into the boiler with a special pump.
⑤. When the protection solution is fully injected, open the water supply valve to fill the boiler with qualified softened water until the water overflows from the air valve, then close the air valve and water supply valve, turn on the special pump to circulate to make the solution evenly mixed.

During the entire maintenance period, a micro-fire oven should be used to keep the outside of the heating surface dry, the pump cycle should be turned on regularly to make the concentration of the solution consistent, and the solution should be regularly tested and supplemented to make the solution pH 10~ Between 12 to ensure the alkalinity of the boiler water.

3.dry maintenance
Dry maintenance is suitable for longer shutdown periods, usually more than one month, especially for heating hot water boilers that are out of service in summer.

②, shut off the boiler's water supply pipe, water supply pipe, valve on the sewage pipe, or block it with a baffle to completely isolate it from other operating boilers.
③. Open the manhole and hand hole to dry the boiler naturally. If the boiler is wet, use a small fire to dry the boiler body, furnace wall and flue.
④. Choose an appropriate amount of desiccant. Commonly used desiccants include anhydrous calcium chloride (CaCl2) and quicklime (CaO2). CaCl2 is placed quantitatively at 2kg per cubic meter of water volume, and particles of about 15mm are required; quicklime is placed quantitatively at 3kg per cubic meter of water volume, and 10mm is required. ~30mm lumps.
⑤ After the boiler is dried, put the tray with desiccant into the furnace and drum to absorb moisture. The desiccant must not be in direct contact with the heating surface of the boiler.
⑥. The desiccant should be inspected regularly every week within one month when the desiccant is put into the boiler to see if the heating surface is corroded, and the failed desiccant should be replaced in time. Check every half a month after a month.
