The scope of a-level qualification production license is unrestricted
Class B steam boiler with rated steam pressure less than or equal to 2.5MPa
Class C steam boilers with rated steam pressure less than or equal to 0.8MPa and rated evaporation less than or equal to 1t/h; hot water boilers with rated outlet temperature less than 120℃
Class D steam boiler with rated steam pressure less than or equal to 0.1MPa; hot water boiler with rated outlet temperature less than 120℃ and rated thermal power less than or equal to 2.8MW
Now everyone has a preliminary understanding of what a-class boiler is. In fact, in addition to the different production ranges, they also have the following differences:
1. Requirements for production experience. Any enterprise that applies for a Grade A boiler manufacturing license should hold a Grade B boiler manufacturing license when applying, and should have more than five years of production history of Grade B boilers.
2, equipment requirements. Class A boilers need to have metallographic, physical and chemical, and welding laboratories compatible with the manufactured products; Class B boilers do not have the requirements of these laboratories.
3. Technical requirements. A-level requires that there should be no less than 200 engineering and technical personnel, including no less than 80 engineers and above titles; B-level engineering and technical personnel should be no less than 80, among which engineers and above should not be Less than 30 people.
