What should we do when the gas steam generator fails to ignite?
1. Turn on the power, press start, the motor does not rotate
Reasons for failure: (1) Insufficient air pressure and lock (2) The solenoid valve is not tight, and the joint is leaking. Check the lock (3) The thermal relay is open (4) At least one of the condition loops is not established (water level, pressure, temperature and whether the program controller is energized start)
Elimination measures (1) Adjust the air pressure to the specified value (2) Clean or repair the solenoid valve pipe joints (3) Press reset to check whether the components are damaged and the motor current (4) Check whether the water level, pressure, and temperature exceed the limit
2. After starting, the front blowing is normal, but it does not catch fire
Failure reasons: (1) Insufficient electric fire gas volume (2) Solenoid valve does not work (main valve, ignition valve) (3) Solenoid valve burns out (4) Unstable air pressure (5) Too much air volume
Elimination measures: (1) Check the line and repair it (2) Replace it with a new one (3) Adjust the air pressure to the specified value (4) Reduce the air distribution and reduce the opening of the air door
3, the light does not ignite, the air pressure is normal, and the electricity does not ignite
Fault reasons: (1) Ignition transformer burned out (2) High-voltage line damaged or dropped off (3) The gap is too large or too small, the relative size of the ignition rod position (4) The electrode is broken or short-circuited to the ground (5) The distance is inappropriate
Elimination measures: (1) renew (2) reinstall or renew (3) re-adjust (4) reinstall or renew (5) re-adjust

Elimination measures: (1) Reduce the air door (2) appropriately reduce the air volume and increase the inlet air temperature (3) take measures to increase the exhaust gas temperature
6, the chimney drips
Reasons for failure: (1) Low ambient temperature (2) More low-fire combustion processes (3) High hydrogen content in fuel gas, and large excess oxygen to produce water (4) Long chimney
