The urban domestic sludge can be heated and crushed and then sent to the boiler for combustion and power generation. Pollutants such as odor and waste water are fully enclosed and harmlessly treated to achieve no leakage of pollutants throughout the process. It is understood that the first-stage project that has been put into operation has a processing capacity of 600 tons/day, which can dispose of nearly 200,000 tons of domestic sludge per year, increase biomass power by 49 million kilowatt hours, and increase external heating by 174,000 tons, bringing comprehensive The benefit exceeds 10 million yuan. At the same time, the project has achieved remarkable results in energy saving and consumption reduction, which can save 14,800 tons of standard coal and reduce 41,400 tons of carbon dioxide emissions each year.
