The project is a 1,240 MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit with the largest single-shaft full-speed single-unit capacity, the highest steam parameters, the lowest unit power generation coal consumption, and the lowest unit pollution emissions among the domestic units that have been put into operation. It is a green thermal power benchmarking demonstration project.
The Guangdong Institute innovated and applied compact in-line flue layout, high-efficiency regenerative system, spring vibration isolation platform system of turbine base, non-powered dust removal, "pretreatment + TMF + STRO + DTRO" desulfurization wastewater zero discharge treatment in this project , Combined treatment of flue gas, etc., with the help of advanced three-dimensional collaborative design technology, fieldbus technology and computer network information technology to comprehensively improve the automation level of power plant operation and management.
During the construction of the project, the Guangdong Thermal Power and Broadcasting Engineering Bureau scientifically allocated resources, optimized the construction plan, strengthened construction management, promoted the construction of the project under the premise of ensuring safety and quality, and completed multiple milestones in a safe, environmentally friendly, scientific and efficient manner.
It is understood that the indicators of the project in terms of safety, environmental protection, energy efficiency, etc. are all at the highest level in the world for thermal power units. The units have broken through foreign technical restrictions in terms of parameters, capacity, and modular design, and have completely independent intellectual property rights. 28 patents have been authorized, and the overall localization rate is over 90%. The successful implementation of the project is also a comprehensive test for the design, manufacture, construction and operation of my country's large-capacity, high-parameter ultra-supercritical power plants to a new level.
