Looking back on the past year, all of our Xinli Boiler colleagues have worked together to achieve a series of brilliant achievements as 2023 approaches its end. The global economy is constantly changing, and market competition is exceptionally fierce. However, it is in such an environment that the cohesion and combat effectiveness of Xinli Boiler can be better demonstrated. At this challenging and opportunity filled moment, we Xinli Boiler's 2023 Annual Sprint Ceremony had been launched on last Thursday. At the meeting, our boss Michael Zhang first emphasized the importance of the annual sprint conference rules, and then focused on discussing the setting, achievement, and reward measures of the sprint goals. Finally, Michael Zhang emphasized that difficulties are inevitable, but  also inspired everyone that challenges will stimulate the team's stronger potential. We need to embrace every challenge with a positive attitude, and encouraging each other among colleagues can provide more opportunities for breakthroughs in the challenges.

Michael Zhang's speech made it clear to everyone the guidelines in this sprint. We all understand better that collaboration between teams is crucial, and each member is an important component of this sprint mission. Everyone should achieve clear goals, clear responsibilities, and efficient execution. Michael Zhang wishes every member of the team a strong fighting spirit to take solid steps towards the overall goal facing the challenge of the 2023 annual sprint. We aim to provide customers with excellent biomass boilers and other products but also the best services. Finally, we all believe that Xinli Boiler's team cohesion is not only the driving force for each colleague to move forward, but also the cornerstone for overcoming all difficulties. Although the goal of annual sprint is facing big challenges, but also it is a great opportunity for us to breakthrough ourselves.
