At the same time, Hexi District implemented the boiler low-nitrogen renovation plan with high standards, convened many companies to hold on-site work meetings, formulated special work plans for each company, and urged the heating stations, production enterprises, and domestic boilers in the jurisdiction to complete the renovation on schedule. The NOx emission limit of the boiler was controlled at 30mg/m3, which has achieved significant emission reduction effects.

As of August this year, the district has completed the registration of all fixed pollution sources and a total of 187 enterprises' pollution permits and issued rectification notices.
