Recently, Jiamusi Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute of Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province received an inspection application from Jiamusi Bohai Environmental Power Co., Ltd., requesting inspection of waste incineration boilers. As the only domestic waste incineration power plant in Jiamusi City, the company processes nearly 1,000 tons of waste per day. If it fails to operate normally, the people's lives in the city will be greatly affected. In order not to affect the normal disposal of garbage, protect the production and living environment of the people in the city, and reduce the pressure of enterprises to stop the furnace, the Jiamusi Special Inspection Station moved forward. During the repair time of the boiler flue of the enterprise, two 35-ton waste incineration boilers were regularly inspected.
This inspection is the first inspection of waste incineration boilers since the establishment of the Jiamusi Inspection Institute. Power-generating boilers burn waste all the year round. The contents of particulate matter, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, and carcinogens, dioxin, etc., which are toxic and harmful to the human body, are relatively high. High, strong and pungent, and the inspection environment is extremely harsh.
In order to ensure the smooth completion of the inspection tasks and the personal safety of the inspectors, the special inspection institute organized a capable force in conjunction with the inspection team to conduct an on-site inspection of the inspection site one week in advance, and consult with the China Special Equipment Inspection Institute and other inspection institutions with inspection experience. Later, after many studies and demonstrations, a detailed and thorough inspection plan and emergency response plan were tailored to determine the inspection focus. The inspection team took advantage of the short window period for the overhaul of the boiler flue of the power station, dressed in a full set of protective equipment, entered the airtight, sultry and high temperature furnace, endured the indescribable irritating smell and the huge noise caused by the operation of the blower, floating After 4 hours of continuous fighting in the extreme test environment with a large number of dioxin and other highly toxic carcinogens, the test task was successfully completed.
After the inspection work, the inspectors communicated and coordinated with the company on-site and assisted in handling the problems found during the inspection, which not only provided a guarantee for the safe production of the company, but also provided a guarantee for the normal life order of the people in the city.
