This DZL series coal fired steam boiler from Xinli Boiler adopts a unique water fire tube three passes design, fundamentally solving the problem of tube plate cracking in pure fire tube boilers, ensuring the safety and stability of boiler running. At the same time, the boiler fire tube adopts a high-efficiency heat transfer element threaded smoke tube, which has a heat transfer coefficient 1.8 times higher than ordinary smoke tubes. That can effectively enhance the heat transfer effect and make the thermal efficiency of the boiler reach over 82%. Moreover, this boiler has high degree of intelligence equipped with an intelligent control system, simple running way, and strong reliability. In addition, this series of steam boilers are transported from the factory as a whole, which has the advantage of easy installation and saves infrastructure investment. After the boiler components are transported to the site and in place, they can be connected to pipelines, valves, smoke and air ducts, and control circuits and put into operation.
