A company in Pakistan is committed to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, but the recent shortage of natural gas resources has seriously affected the production of the customer company. The use of steam boilers for steam curing of concrete mainly affects its strength by accelerating concrete hardening, slowing down water loss, improving concrete hardness, and preventing cracking. Steam curing can accelerate the hardening of concrete and promote its duration. Therefore, the customer has decided to add a high-efficiency and low-polluting steam boiler backup in the heating project to save energy costs and achieve the goal of environmentally friendly production. So the customer decided to choose a biomass boiler to provide thermal energy for their production line, using biomass particles as boiler fuel. Based on the actual working conditions and needs of the customer, Xinli Boiler has designed a DZH series biomass moving grate boiler with a capacity of 3 tons/h.
Xinli Boiler's DZH series biomass fired moving grate steam boiler is a horizontal three passes water fire tube hybrid boiler with threaded smoke pipes arranged inside the drum and smooth tube water-cooled walls installed on both sides of the furnace. This boiler is a new type of high-efficiency, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly boiler that uses biomass particles as fuel. The main fuels include wood, straw, rice husks, fuelwood, coconut husks, peanut husks, corn cobs, and all other waste crops that are combustible . It can be directly burned without additional processing, and can also be burned with coal to achieve dual fuel operation. It adopts a light movable grate for manual feeding, equipped with a blower and an induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation. The front and rear arches of the boiler adopt new energy-saving technology furnace arches. The fuel falls on the grate and enters the furnace for combustion. The flame refracts upwards through the rear arch and passes through the combustion chambers on both sides of the body, then turns back to the front smoke box. The front smoke box then folds back into the tube bundle inside the boiler, enters the economizer through the rear smoke box, and is then drawn by the induced draft fan through the flue to the chimney for exhaust. This product has multiple interlocking safety protection devices such as pressure, temperature, and water level, and an automatic control system, making it easy to operate and install.
