The SZL series coal and biomass fired assembled steam boiler developed by Xinli Boiler adopts a dual drum arrangement and a chain grate layer combustion method. The water-cooled walls on both sides of the furnace adopt a membrane type water-cooled wall structure. The water-cooled wall pipes on the front and rear walls of the furnace extend downwards to the upper part of the grate to form a front and rear arch, which not only increases the sealing performance of the boiler, but also increases the furnace volume and heating surface, and strengthens the strength of the rear arch. Behind the furnace is a combustion chamber, with a convection tube bundle and an economizer (or air preheater) at the tail. The flue gas enters the tail flue through the furnace, combustion chamber, convection tube bundle, economizer (or air preheater), and is discharged into the atmosphere through the dust collector, induced draft fan, and chimney.
