At the same time, in order to achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction, a finned tube condenser made of ND steel or stainless steel material is added at the tail of the flue to increase the heating surface and improve heat transfer efficiency. The front and rear smoke boxes of the boiler are filled with multi-layer aluminum silicate fibers, and then insulated with high-temperature refractory mud to increase thermal resistance and effectively reduce heat dissipation loss, resulting in a thermal efficiency of over 98% for this steam boiler.
