Xinli Boiler's SZW series biomass fired industrial steam boiler adopts a reciprocating grate, which is divided into upper furnace body and lower combustion equipment. The upper furnace body of an industrial boiler is composed of upper and lower furnace drums, and its water wall is connected to the left and right furnace heads. There is a convective tube bundle between the upper and lower furnace drums. The inner side of the SZW biomass fired boiler consists of furnace walls and front and rear arches, laid with refractory bricks and concrete. The outer side of the biomass fired steam boiler is made of steel frame and skin plate, and the middle is made of insulation material. This SZW series biomass fired industrial steam boiler can be used as a biomass fired steam boiler to generate low-pressure steam, or as a biomass fired hot water boiler to produce hot water. The boiler has a large water capacity and strong load adaptability,good fuel combustion effect, high thermal efficiency and it adopts a mechanized grate layer combustion method for combustion . The boiler technology, performance, and environmental indicators have all reached international advanced levels.
