Guide: 6 ton DZL biomass fired water and fire tube boiler is used for steam providing in the production line of edible fungi in Vietnam.
A technical enterprise engaged in the research and development, production and sales of edible fungi in Vietnam, recently organized and implemented the construction project of edible fungi industrial park, which is mainly engaged in the planting and processing of black fungus and other edible fungi. The sterilization process of the edible mushroom stick production line requires high-quality steam heat source provided by industrial boilers. In order to meet the growing production demand, the company decided to introduce an environment-friendly and efficient biomass fuel steam boiler to improve production efficiency. Xinli boiler recommended 6 tons of DZL series biomass fired fire and water tube steam boiler for the actual heat demand of its edible mushroom stick production line.
Xinli boiler series biomass fired steam boiler is a single drum longitudinal water fire tube chain grate boiler. This series of boilers have sufficient heating surfaces, including convection heating surfaces composed of spiral smoke tubes and furnace radiation heating surfaces composed of boiler drums and water walls on both sides. In addition, according to the characteristics of different biomass fuels, Xinli boiler's technicians optimized the width and length of the hopper and grate, as well as the proportion of primary and secondary air distribution, so as to ensure the full combustion of fuel and effectively save fuel costs. Finally, Xinli boiler has completely solved the problems of ash deposition, coking, arch before burning and fuel bucket that commonly exist in biomass boilers by increasing the furnace height, speeding up the grate speed, installing soot blowing devices in the convection area, and designing automatic hydraulic ash cleaning systems at the bottom of the grate, so that the boiler can maintain safe and stable operation for a long time.
