Afghan officials have stated that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is prioritizing strengthening the country's economy and is utilizing various strategies to achieve this goal, particularly by enhancing the country's infrastructure through cement production. They are currently striving to achieve self-sufficiency in cement production by restoring existing cement plants and establishing new ones. In the process of manufacturing cement bricks, a large and lengthy material preparation process is required from mixing to molding, which takes at least 7 days. The better the quality of cement bricks is, the manufacturing specifications more complex are and the more precise the manufacturing processes are. The processes of dry mixing, wet mixing, material forming, and post curing all require a large amount of steam.
