In the production process of palm oil, steam boilers provide a large amount of thermal energy support for processes such as cooking and refining, and are essential energy equipment. Adhering to the concept of global green and sustainable development, the user decided to use the squeezed waste palm fiber as boiler fuel, which can effectively reduce resource waste and environmental pollution, and greatly reduce the operating cost of the boiler. However, due to the low melting point of palm fiber ash, it is prone to coking on the grate and water-cooled wall pipes after combustion, making boiler design difficult. Therefore, the company has not been able to find a suitable biomass boiler manufacturer. Thanks to the development of information technology and the global sales network built by Xinli Boiler e-commerce, the company successfully established contact with Xinli Boiler and completed the procurement of boilers.

Xinli Boiler's technicians recommended the newly upgraded DZL series biomass boiler to them according to the user's demands. This boiler is a single drum water tube boiler, which has the characteristics of being less prone to ash accumulation, high efficiency, and environmental protection. It does not require shutdown for ash cleaning, and can ensure long-term normal operation of the boiler.
