Boilers are used in many processes of paper mill production. They are the power and source of production in paper mills, such as preheating raw materials, steam heating during pulp cooking, drying of paper mill dryers, and so on. Steam boilers are indispensable in heating process. Xinli Boiler is very honored of becoming a major supplier of gas fired steam boiler and its supporting equipment for multiple domestic and foreign paper companies. A paper manufacturing company in Bangladesh was established in 1969 and is a comprehensive pulp and paper enterprise specializing in the production of cultural paper, household paper, and special paper. Household paper has an additional disinfection and sterilization process, which requires higher quality steam compared with other paper products. This project adopts the SZS series fully automatic water tube boiler under Xinli Boiler, which adopts a double drum longitudinal chamber combustion "D" type structure. It has a large combustion space, and the combustion chamber adopts a narrow spacing tube film water-cooled wall, which has good airtightness, reduces heat loss, and thus improves the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler. The company attaches great importance to the environmental performance of this SZS series boiler. Xinli Boiler's SZS series gas fired steam boiler has a wide range of fuel coverage, and users can choose a variety of clean energy sources according to their actual needs, such as natural gas, biogas, etc. The boiler can also be equipped with imported low nitrogen burners to effectively suppress the production of nitrogen oxides, thereby achieving low nitrogen emissions.
